Ryan Markley and his wife, Marketa, are the owners of the United Country Real Estate franchises in Medellín, Colombia and Bocas del Toro, Panama. Together, they share a deep passion for the expatriate lifestyle and helping others successfully navigate international relocation and investment opportunities.
Born in Italy and raised in the United States, Ryan began investing in rental properties at the age of 22. He proudly credits his education to the "school of life," gaining hands-on experience through more than 25 years of buying, selling, investing, and managing construction projects. This extensive background has become a valuable asset to his clients.
With multiple residencies in several countries, Ryan brings a truly international perspective to real estate and investment. His interests extend beyond property transactions to include the full expat process and lifestyle, allowing him to guide clients with both professional insight and personal experience.
Ryan and his family now live full-time in Panama with their young son. He is always happy to connect with clients and share his unique perspective as an international investor and expat.
